ASW2020 DIVIDEN PAYOUT AS AT YEAR 2012

ASW2020 dividen payout as at August 31st 2012 will be 6.6 % . PNB said they can pay 8.6 % this year but they carry forward 2% dividen to the future payout, how boring! why like that??? :(
