                     this pic took in JLN DOBI, Johor Bahru...look's unique and beautiful from outside this old building but nothing inside! and saw some prostitute around this area...shouldnt leave this place ruin like that! this street served some historical story too,if the government is good, they should beautyfy it and promote this area to a tourist spot for Johor Bahru...regardless of race and religion, right?

Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB), announced a dividend of 6.5 sen per unit for the Amanah Saham Wawasan 2020 for the financial year ending 31st August, 2011.
The dividend is an increase of 0.15 sen per unit compared with the 6.35 sen dividend given in 2010. Kindly refer to “Historical ASW2020 Dividend Rate” for previous year dividend.
The dividend will involve a payout of RM909.05 million. The figures is 17.72 percent higher than the payment of RM772.19 made in 2010.
As at Aug 15, 2011, ASW 2020 registered a gross income of RM1.158 billion

in my office i have witness with my own pair of eye, 3 ungrateful person right infront of my eye! 2 clerk and 1 manager. Is already 12.41 am now yet i still havent go to bed, maybe soon after this...

Im a very simple person and rather too compassionate some times, forget about the 30 years old manager but lets talk the present incident, i realised that the youngter's now is very diffrent, or maybe what appear ...to me this generation their mentality are very very  selfish/very ungrateful and not truthful but a fantastic drama actress and actor hahaha :D just what i hv seen, i hope i would not forget this...here it is,ok we have a chinese clerk in the office just turn 23 years old last month, the first day she came to work with us a year ago, she was  so innocent and ignorant looking type always complain to me all the colleaque bully her that and this.. a year ago...after a year she review her true color infront of me to my Chairman, she yell in a very rude and shrewed manner not forget cunninggg too!
I cant imagine... she actually came to my house early in the morning instead of going to the office as she is the only person we put her incharge of collection & account ~ important role , i truely give her a lot of opportunity to grow in our place and a very good salary too. At the end of the day she was bought over by corrupt money from the contractor to treaten me to ither take the project offer from this company or she leave now ! ...what a treaten??? hahaha i wish her goodbye, honestly i even to this extend forgive her thinking she might regret what she did but no ! her color fly all over the office when she need to wait for her salary on the 7th this month, after that she just missing...we decide to sue her in the labor office and she also took some of our things, so the Chairman lodge a police report.
Just cant judge a book by it's age and look.... this time i truly learn something, since this is the 3rd person i see in the office trying to cheat money and most of them decent look, soft spoken & young child voice not forget 22 yrs of age only..well well  good night :)P

AS 1 Malaysia dividen distribution for 2011.. not bad , better than bank interest or EPF right?

Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB), announced a dividend of 6.50 sen per unit for Amanah Saham 1Malaysia (AS 1Malaysia) for the financial year ended 30th September 2011.
This second dividend is 0.12 sen per unit higher when compared with 6.38 sen per unit announced for 2010. Kindly refer to “Historical AS1 Malaysia Dividend Rate” for previous year dividend.
The dividend will involve a total payment of RM311.27 million and will benefit 270,598 unit holders which currently hold 5.49 billion units of AS 1Malaysia.
As of 20th September 2011, AS 1Malaysia has recorded a gross income of RM405.67 million. Profit from the sale of shares contributed RM205.99 million or 50.78%; dividend income from investee companies contributed RM152.48 million or 37.59%, and RM47.20 million or 11.63 % is derived from investment in short term instruments and other income.
The dividend calculation of the AS 1Malaysia will be based on the average monthly minimum balance held throughout the financial year of the fund.
The dividend will be automatically credited into the unit holders’ accounts on 1st October 2011. In order to facilitate the dividend payment, all transactions for AS 1Malaysia has been suspended starting 21st September 2011 to 2nd October 2011.
Unit holders will be able to update their accounts at ASNB head office, ASNB branch or ASNB agents starting 3rd October 2011.
Unitholders who invest in AS 1Malaysia through the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Members’ Investment Scheme will have their income distribution credited directly into their EPF accounts.
AS 1Malaysia is a fixed price fund with a size of 10 billion units. Fifty percent of the approved size is open for Bumiputera investors, 30% is allocated to Chinese, 15% for Indians and the rest for other Malaysians.

Thinking what to do after the AGM on Sept. 2011

Been in the Committee for nearly 3 years 3 months already, they paid me an allowance as well a salary as the manager here not much money but i earned a lot of freedom. I truly enjoy the work for this 2 years not the fisrt year, i will miss my members and the work but too bad the law dont allowed same person to be in the mc for more than 3 terms.The next election is coming soon, what to do after AGM??? Be my own boss heheheh..hope my dream come's true....

Know your right as a buyer's

Hi dear everybody, recently i happen coincidentally spot a property which initially i thought is a good buy. Later..the broker got his key for the houses there ..then i was told that all the 10 houses belongs to BUMIPUTRA lot..never mind later when i went in ..discovered is a TERMITE invaded property..worse the broker told me in his tactful way..that "the price is RM 220 K ...When you sign the S / P is written RM 210k , the other 10k are for my company , is that fine with you? he asked?i replied no..i need a deduction on the commis$$$ion!" 10k pay from a buyer to a broker??? is illegal !!! in my heart said...but the broker insist his 10k! or else no deal!...i asked him to go to hell!!! According to the law , only a seller is illegible to pay a broker fees of 1-3 % maximum, not from buyer. Unless if the buyer want to give maybe 1%.
Good bye to this house...well actually i like the location of this property but too bad is a bumilot with restrictions and broker play dirty!..
For time being, i wont be looking for property...i actually love to stay in my present apartment ...is really a very nice little home :))

Chinse New Year..Sing Nien, i learned and still learning to improve my life each and every day and most thankful to God that I'm still healthy and living through HIS blessing in grace. We always says hope for a better year..i hope i will be a better me instead for this year..is time i reminisce about the events that occurred throughout 2010..it is not wrong to hope for a better year ahead, it would also be great if one decides to be in control of whether they have a good year or not.

When i think of the past, I always seems to forget all the bad things that have happened. I guess i just programed to not keep sad experiences f

or long in my mind but as a lesson instead...after all is all past....as i believe the universe is not going to give us a good life, if i don't start to be better me( you), to be more grateful and be more positive. Most of the things in life are how we perceive them. Simple things- like whether we like a song, whether we like the food - are all up to us...one of the factors that lead to confidence is perception.

The summary of perception is that if someone offers you an insult, remember that it's only that one person's opinion. In truth, we have to make our own meaning of things. We decide if we are confident, we decide the way our life turns out. We don't need the world to tell us who we are, we decide who we are. We choose to be the positive one when times are gloomy, we choose to be happy.

However, saying that and doing that are two different things, and that is why my prayer for the new year is that I will have the ability to do that.To stay independent of things around me, and Jesus and me be the marker of my own life. I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's all in the mind. We control our mood, we shouldn't just react to life. So...not only to hope for a better year but most important a better me (you).

Amazing...this turkey really taste SO SEDAP, I always think turkey meat usually quite tough, but amazing taste so much better then chicken, so tender, smooth and sweet the meat...of course plus my mother recipe..marinate! i love turkey meat hmmm :),

Christmas Just Around The Corner...

Christmas ~just not far away from now, i still remember last year Christmas just over not so long..time really indeed flying off fast, fast then i could imagine. I just pray that each year of Christmas mark in my life can be fully and happily live with much Joy, Peace and most is Love. I love Christmas , cos it remind me of Jesus... and also the end of a year soon ..to be grateful that we can live healthy, safe and with much love. Of course there will be time that we feel unhappy and sad of some issues arise in between time, but... cheerios! cause we finally made to the year end and be stronger ..most , live happily and let go thing's which cause us unhappiness, cherish all the good things we are blessed in our life for as long as i live...indeed God have given us with love and grace.

AMANAH SAHAM 1MALAYSIA....paid out..

a 6.38 % pa dividend on 1st of October this month, in the media PNB also declared that they reserved a 1% and more percent for next year paid out, why is that so? Well, anyway the paid out interest is better then conventional FD and EPF interest, right?...should just be glad for now, but anything prove by the test of time..whether is it time prove??? still wait to be seen...

I will probably Chanel my investment into share market when the time is right for me on some fine stocks, rather then waiting for the dividend, that is just my personal point of view:)

Overall, glad to received some paid out from our PNB ; )

By the way, I was told by one of the PNB staff...that the calculation is minimum balance of the month x 6.38 % then divided by 13.871 months instead of 12 months, meaning 1.871 months gone with the wind??? we check in on 5th of August 2009...so any comment??? she added that next year paid out will be divide to 12 months....by then, meaning first insertion rugilah..if we really calculate from the check in date OF 5TH August to sept 2010, the money we received from AS1M...IS not 6.38% anymore, around 5.2% only, correct me if I'm wrong...

Shop houses on fire ...

while we were passing by ulu tiram way afternoon Monday, the fire is so fierce...and i see no bomba( fire brigade) there to save the shop...am lot of people standing a long the way to watch but cant do much either as the fire really fierce, worse i saw a paint factory just 2 shop away next to the shop that is on fire...fire can be really scary if you not careful with it, be really careful at home..don't place any risk fire objct or careless..dont take for granted.

Amanah Saham Wawasan 2020 financial year declared a payout dividend of 6.35% for the current financial year, the income distribution will be credited into units holder's accounts on 1 st of September and reinvested in the form of new units.

As a comparison, year 2009 dividend is 6.325%.

Delicious food store that i have tried during my holiday

This curry prawn ...Penang restaurant, Yee Heng restaurant at Chulia...not worth to go, the food there is out..nice beautiful renovation but very lousy and not cheap . Cut troat place.

Penang.... Keng Onn Restaurant~ one of an old restaurant in Chulia street just around Love Lane street...they are alot of Penang local headed to this restaurant for dinner..so i went in to tried, the asam fish to me is just fine and other dishes to me i gave 7/10 marks . THe boss there is thump uppp! service :)D wonder is it b'cos of the service that is why so famous..ha aha ..the man with white hat is the boss and also waiter...very kelakar ( funny) man indeed..and thoughtful.

This food store is at Kuala Lumpur Petaling street ( chinaTown), is quite hard to find this store if you first time there cos is behind shop lots and just in a small dark lane, they call it ( ah Sai, chu chao)..for me i sure to go to this food store whenever i'm in K.L.

The food dishes there are freshly cook with order, UPP!! 10/10 marks, very tasty indeed. ..even better then high class Chinese restaurant.The boss there is the main Chef..good cook, you must try if you go K.L.

This '' Hakka Lu app'' Marinated duck hakka style, hand's uPPPP! VERY VERY GOOD !!!

We ate this at Horizon restaurant in Kulai Johor Bahru...SuPerb!!! besttt...and tasty...one bite brighten up my day..is true.

This is the Low Wong chicken taugeh( chicken with bean sprout ) restaurant, very crowded..maybe b'cos of the name, to me Ipoh people very very good in praising their dishes..but to me after trying is very normal and ok..7/10 marks...but a little not so hygiene .






This the food store with it pic above , the Kuala Lumpur china town ..Ah Sai food store, looking at this pic might be very simple right?this is vege( kiu ki , vege) and home made fish ball...uhhh sedap!!! 10/10 marks.

Brinjal fried with Belacan and fresh prawns, really very fresh prawns..very chewy and sweet the prawns ..i love this dish, never miss to order whenever i go to this store.

This bitter gourd fry with spare rib( pai kut) taste good..10/10

Weng Kee restaurant Ipoh, this the cheese crap ..moderate i give 6/10 marks

Buntong beef noodle, cheap and nice, from Iph town to this plce around 40 minutes...small town ..the shop name '' buntong beef noodle'' located at a stretch of shop lot facing main road. Famous shop for its beef noodle.

Personally to me, in Malaysia food in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru is gooddd!!!! now i finally found the answer myself after so many years of reseach..but must go to the right one... the northern side like Penang is very very expensive their food and even the famous restaurant doesnt taste as good though . Ipoh the food is very cheap and taste so much better then Penang...Happy ...sharing :)D ( forgive m, for being very straight forward in my comment if you happen to be one of the locals)
