Finance and health...

Lately, i personally experience the importance of health when i witnessed with my own pair of eye what a very sick person went through and suffered, when our health is down! life is like a living hell...last few days i went to The Sultan Aminah General Hospital in Johor Bahru, i did not step to this place for long time not untill a relative of mine admitted to this hospital recently. The moment when i enter my foot step into the wart unit on 2n floor ...my heart scrinched ..my drowsy and i perspired, is a living hell!!! the sick's people with all kind of symtoms ..like leg with pulse cause by diabetic, stroke cant move rely on wife to take care..liver contain water excess amount..gosh you name it ..they have it but not until you see it with your pair of eye! The place ''hospital'' so dirty and not hygiene at all ..even good healthy person also can get sick staying in this type of place, I hope the government please do some good will for their hospital..is like a refugees camp more then a plac eforthe sick to get cure, honestly. The nurses thre also like '' cant be bother type of attitude''...my relative need a immediate dialysis for his overall body that day and i heard the doctor told me this '' you all his relative ? pls send him to private specialist today..i mean now to have an emrgency operate on his chess and he need to dialysis too as well or else he will be dying very soonnnn, pls do it at the specialist as well'' the doc said to us..we was so shock to hear this...i was thinking ..is this hospital? my cousin his financial is not that wll that is why he admitted to the general hospital  ..and the doctor in the general hospital incharge of him said they cant do anything for my cousin, he need to send to specialist hospital immediately cause the general hospital doctor wont perform opration on him cos hospital too many patients already, Gosh ! my heart cold for a while........immediately my sister and me send my cusin to the specialist centre that day recommended by that doctor.
Dear...i fall sick when i reach home,  served a really unforgettable experience for me. Paying the money to the big shark doctor in specialist is anothr experience ..the '' pay first, no pay no time to entertain attitude''. I swear if anything happen to me..though i have my medical insurance coverage insured, i will never #=#%want to go to this specialist dc.chin wisma maria specialist.Even his own nurse told me right to my eye in mandarin '' dr. chin only see $$$ he dont care much''. What a world now...we all reaaaaally need to take good care of our health and live with much love in our heart, is the best medicine in the world...not forget to be happy form inside out :D  i just believe what the Bible said '' what you sow..shall you reap''...sorry to said this ..'' if one day this rich shark doctor son fall sick and even his own hand and money cannot save his own belove son then probably this rich shark will remorse hopefully...

in my office i have witness with my own pair of eye, 3 ungrateful person right infront of my eye! 2 clerk and 1 manager. Is already 12.41 am now yet i still havent go to bed, maybe soon after this...

Im a very simple person and rather too compassionate some times, forget about the 30 years old manager but lets talk the present incident, i realised that the youngter's now is very diffrent, or maybe what appear ...to me this generation their mentality are very very  selfish/very ungrateful and not truthful but a fantastic drama actress and actor hahaha :D just what i hv seen, i hope i would not forget this...here it is,ok we have a chinese clerk in the office just turn 23 years old last month, the first day she came to work with us a year ago, she was  so innocent and ignorant looking type always complain to me all the colleaque bully her that and this.. a year ago...after a year she review her true color infront of me to my Chairman, she yell in a very rude and shrewed manner not forget cunninggg too!
I cant imagine... she actually came to my house early in the morning instead of going to the office as she is the only person we put her incharge of collection & account ~ important role , i truely give her a lot of opportunity to grow in our place and a very good salary too. At the end of the day she was bought over by corrupt money from the contractor to treaten me to ither take the project offer from this company or she leave now ! ...what a treaten??? hahaha i wish her goodbye, honestly i even to this extend forgive her thinking she might regret what she did but no ! her color fly all over the office when she need to wait for her salary on the 7th this month, after that she just missing...we decide to sue her in the labor office and she also took some of our things, so the Chairman lodge a police report.
Just cant judge a book by it's age and look.... this time i truly learn something, since this is the 3rd person i see in the office trying to cheat money and most of them decent look, soft spoken & young child voice not forget 22 yrs of age only..well well  good night :)P

Know your right as a buyer's

Hi dear everybody, recently i happen coincidentally spot a property which initially i thought is a good buy. Later..the broker got his key for the houses there ..then i was told that all the 10 houses belongs to BUMIPUTRA lot..never mind later when i went in ..discovered is a TERMITE invaded property..worse the broker told me in his tactful way..that "the price is RM 220 K ...When you sign the S / P is written RM 210k , the other 10k are for my company , is that fine with you? he asked?i replied no..i need a deduction on the commis$$$ion!" 10k pay from a buyer to a broker??? is illegal !!! in my heart said...but the broker insist his 10k! or else no deal!...i asked him to go to hell!!! According to the law , only a seller is illegible to pay a broker fees of 1-3 % maximum, not from buyer. Unless if the buyer want to give maybe 1%.
Good bye to this house...well actually i like the location of this property but too bad is a bumilot with restrictions and broker play dirty!..
For time being, i wont be looking for property...i actually love to stay in my present apartment ...is really a very nice little home :))

Shop houses on fire ...

while we were passing by ulu tiram way afternoon Monday, the fire is so fierce...and i see no bomba( fire brigade) there to save the shop...am lot of people standing a long the way to watch but cant do much either as the fire really fierce, worse i saw a paint factory just 2 shop away next to the shop that is on fire...fire can be really scary if you not careful with it, be really careful at home..don't place any risk fire objct or careless..dont take for granted.

oh i was so sad for him , i miss one more shot! ( picture) the taxi man wrist also got slashed until the vein break!

Today i happen to sit beside this taxi driver in the church service, he is not yet a christian yet but he was preached gospel by some of the church member somehow they get to know him after he got so many stab and CUT! by a young and decent looking Chinese robber whom pretended to stop his taxi standing on the road side, the moment this young robber open the taxi door he immediately stab this poor taxi driver heart, causing him bleeding and luckily the stab just a few mm! away from penetrating to the taxi driver heart organ, happen that he kept some coins on his pocket..Thanks God the coins somehow save his life too. But the robber did not give up, after stabbing the taxi man , the robber asked him for RM 200 bucks , the taxi man did not have the amount of money and tried to escape by pulling the brake functions but unfortunately the taxi man was stabbed and cut seriously all over his arms!!!...jessss!!! really inhuman!!!! too cruel ! beware everyone when someone try to stop yr CaR!!! ...Nowadays the robber majority are INHUMAN!!! WORSE THEN WILD ANIMAL!!!!!!!! they will hurt you badly no matter what even before they get the money from YOU!..they hunt their target. Just see yourself ..the pictures of the poor victim, now he cant drive his taxi as he told me and worse he told me this is not the first time he got robbed ..the first time he got rob a year ago ,the robber stab hard on his stomach from the back sit and strangle him , this taxi man intestine also came out, according to him the 1st robber is a Malay and the recent 2ND one is a Chinese young chap!! decent look some more!!!! PHUEH!!! Devil!...hubby and me advised him to changed job when he recover some day, anyway his wife is a stayed home housewife..i think now they are going to face some financial difficulty. ..mnnnn .He told me he doesnt know what job he can do ...can anyone help him???.. pls leav yr contact to me K. My God!.....the committee in my place at zone-1-1 is getting bad to worse..

now! After almost 6 months in the committee for our apartment where i stayed, i found out so many things inside story!.....What i realise is.. the Chairman Mr. Poon we elected is a jerk! he don't care for the people here, one of the committee members asked him this question..'' on the fifth floor ...w install ventilator is because is hot..why you don't agreed ...? His answer is'' I dont care and i just don't agreed! nothing should be on top of the roof'' he answered, the committee asked again'' so if water coming in ..nobody is to go up to repair too??..! The chairman answered'' no one..i don't care''!...You know why he is so against some of the members? because he did not get goodies! He is now with the corrupted group! many of them!

I swear I'm going to review this matter to the BPR one fine day!...The management we employ to actually assist us..now also corrupted with them, I pray God give me the ability to get all of them caught and out from our committee...2009!...God Bless Us a Good committee please, anyone out there to enlighten me in this matter?..you are welcome to give your sincere opinion on this issue.

Corruption is getting obvious and scarry

Sorry I'm back, again I'm so tight up fighting with those sharks in my committee! is getting terrible even the chairman which supposed to be fair is retreating now and their corruption member is getting more and more bold! they stop payment to the honest contractor even the agreement stated to pay him, the check requires 3 person to sign , me is one but 2 more need to sign to issue payment but the 2 is bribe by the sharks, so now this poor uncle cant get his payment. Worse yesterday in the meeting the corrupt member vote fr the corrupted contractor again even the last meeting i managed to caught the corrupt contractor evidence for cheating! is so unfair ! yet more and more members now seems to me have been corrupt including the chairman OR NOT yet to find out, how? I think all i can do is to leave and report the matter to BPR ( Anti - Corruption ) to handle. Please pray for me friends... that the bad guys will fail in their plan , ok.

Life Is Already Unfair Enough

The Olympics opening ceremony was highly creative, a wonderful experience for the senses, and captures China's cultural heritage and contribution in many important inventions.But this has to be highlighted, not to slight Beijing in any way - just that it is absolutely very wrong. The beautiful girl in the red dress singing was just miming the song. It was supposed to be sung by Yang Peiyi. Zhang Yimou in his creative brilliance would have no problem using Yang, I would said is unfair, why rob Yang of her talent and moment in history...at this Olympics event, isn't it supposed to be a fair ?

Sorry , I'm Back

Oh dear! been tough the whole week for me! as a treasurer in the committee where I stay, fight corruption and as well to save our maintenance fees from eating up by the SHARKS inside our committee. This sharks is from the developer ! 6 of us, 3 have been bribe! so how? fight to the end that is why i have been so busy and consumed so much of my time Mn! Money can be a blessing to many but can be the root of all evils! at time's. Well looking at the situation now, just pray that everything will come to good at the end,ya?
