Hill climbing truly so satifying and fulfilling

I realised this hobby truly suit's me so well, after the first climb around 5 years(500ft only) back this is my second time.Hushhhh, no jokes after so long this my second attempt. Least did i expect my little girl Zoe could did it so very well than me, except some accident happen along the way! her leg injured due to my negligence.


WE make IT!!! 1500ft! UP HILL on the 5th of June 2014. Not easy at all, I am so proud of my little Zoe girl and me hahaha...


                      My little girl leg injured..emmm, because i accidentally step on it! so pain my heart :(
                     Thanks God, is just a little minor skin bleeding, healed the next day!

. As for me big sweat out till my hair all wet also my entire body sweat all. Good for me to lost some weight.

 

 

 This two gentlemen are the committee leaders for this hill, very helpful and  friendly!  They are making some drink -green tea, so healthy. cooked the natural spring water from the mountain  with wood!

                   This is the superb natural spring pool created and built by the committees! next round if i go again i Will swim here! this trip not ready as i did not have extra clothes :)

              Looked like ancient Chinese  resting place! we always watch in a show..i like it.

 

Have stop blogging for a while due to not much to share anyway but here is..

something came into my mind today. That is i decided to change, change my mind set of course, in order to make money_to me personally first you must have a rich mind set! and wisdom. I gained quite a lot of knowledge from my blog i follow. This one Stock Market - Experience Sharing blog, i really like. S.K.Tang blog, genuine and generous in his financial wisdom sharing_ on his finance blog he wrote a lot of his experience over the years_so clear and make it so simple for us to understand. I don't know him in person but i truly appreciate his blog which allowed me to learn and open my mind set about investment world. I hope i can be like him having lots of golden eggs in years to come and not forget have the capability to be calm and patient in whatever siy=tuation. Well, from now i am going to invest mainly for long term prospective, so give three years to my investment journey and see how it leads me.God, bless my journey in Jesus Mighty Name, amen.

My Hakka Asam Fish...

is pretty simple, detoxify, healthy and easy yet delicious.

 

 

Ingredient:

1) 3 Lemon grass stalk.
2) Asam jawa paste
3) Asm piece -2 slices
4) 6 red chili padi
5) Onions small
6) Turmeric 6 very thin slices
7) Ginger
8) 4 Fish~ in Malay called (Ikan Cermin) Chinese called ( Sui Ching yu) meaning ~crystal fish
9) Honey ( 1 big spoon or 1 small spoon if you prefer a little sour)
10) Olive oil (two big spoon) for stir fry spices

Mixed some asam paste with one big bowl of water, according to individual level of taste, if you like sour then you can add more asam paste in a big bowl of water. Put aside to soak the paste in the bowl of water for a while.

Cut the chili into small, ginger blend to fine(small piece will do) 30 gm.Lemon grass,  turmeric blend to fine together with onions and all this spices put it in a hot wok with little oil fry and stir to get the fragrance out from all the spices, then net add the asam paste juice into the wok cook with slow fire for around 13 minutes, after that add the fresh fish all into the wok, cook for 12 minutes in medium fire, finally add the honey to taste. Now you can enjoyyyy...your Hakka asam fiSSSH! together with warm rice...enjoyyy!

6.6% for Amanah Saham 1 Malaysia Dividen payout for 30th Sept 2012

 

Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) Malaysia, announced an income distribution of 6.6 sen per unit for Amanah Saham 1Malaysia (AS1M) for the financial year ending Sept 30.
The third income distribution was an increase of 0.1 sen per unit compared with 6.5 sen per unit last year.

 The income distribution would involve a total payment of RM459.86mil, an increase of 49.1%, compared with RM308.4mil a year earlier. “A total of 336,411 unitholders, who currently held 8.02 billion units of AS1M, will benefit from the payout,” he said when announcing the income distribution yesterday.

ASW2020 DIVIDEN PAYOUT AS AT YEAR 2012

ASW2020 dividen payout as at August 31st 2012 will be 6.6 % . PNB said they can pay 8.6 % this year but they carry forward 2% dividen to the future payout, how boring! why like that??? :(

ASM PAYOUT 6.5% YEAR ENDING 31ST MARCH 2012

Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB), announced a dividend of 6.50 sen per unit for the Amanah Saham Malaysia for the financial year ending 31st March 2012.
The dividend is 0.12 sen per unit was higher than the 6.38 sen paid in 2011. Kindly refer to “Historical ASM Dividend” for previous year dividend.
He said the income distribution would involve a total payout of RM820.24 million, an increase of 8.6 percent compared to the RM755.05 million paid out last year.
The payment will benefit 546,341 unit holders who currently hold 12.62 billion units of ASM.
As of 21st March 2012, ASM has recorded a gross income of RM978.32 million.

Finance and health...

Lately, i personally experience the importance of health when i witnessed with my own pair of eye what a very sick person went through and suffered, when our health is down! life is like a living hell...last few days i went to The Sultan Aminah General Hospital in Johor Bahru, i did not step to this place for long time not untill a relative of mine admitted to this hospital recently. The moment when i enter my foot step into the wart unit on 2n floor ...my heart scrinched ..my drowsy and i perspired, is a living hell!!! the sick's people with all kind of symtoms ..like leg with pulse cause by diabetic, stroke cant move rely on wife to take care..liver contain water excess amount..gosh you name it ..they have it but not until you see it with your pair of eye! The place ''hospital'' so dirty and not hygiene at all ..even good healthy person also can get sick staying in this type of place, I hope the government please do some good will for their hospital..is like a refugees camp more then a plac eforthe sick to get cure, honestly. The nurses thre also like '' cant be bother type of attitude''...my relative need a immediate dialysis for his overall body that day and i heard the doctor told me this '' you all his relative ? pls send him to private specialist today..i mean now to have an emrgency operate on his chess and he need to dialysis too as well or else he will be dying very soonnnn, pls do it at the specialist as well'' the doc said to us..we was so shock to hear this...i was thinking ..is this hospital? my cousin his financial is not that wll that is why he admitted to the general hospital  ..and the doctor in the general hospital incharge of him said they cant do anything for my cousin, he need to send to specialist hospital immediately cause the general hospital doctor wont perform opration on him cos hospital too many patients already, Gosh ! my heart cold for a while........immediately my sister and me send my cusin to the specialist centre that day recommended by that doctor.
Dear...i fall sick when i reach home,  served a really unforgettable experience for me. Paying the money to the big shark doctor in specialist is anothr experience ..the '' pay first, no pay no time to entertain attitude''. I swear if anything happen to me..though i have my medical insurance coverage insured, i will never #=#%want to go to this specialist dc.chin wisma maria specialist.Even his own nurse told me right to my eye in mandarin '' dr. chin only see $$$ he dont care much''. What a world now...we all reaaaaally need to take good care of our health and live with much love in our heart, is the best medicine in the world...not forget to be happy form inside out :D  i just believe what the Bible said '' what you sow..shall you reap''...sorry to said this ..'' if one day this rich shark doctor son fall sick and even his own hand and money cannot save his own belove son then probably this rich shark will remorse hopefully...

                     this pic took in JLN DOBI, Johor Bahru...look's unique and beautiful from outside this old building but nothing inside! and saw some prostitute around this area...shouldnt leave this place ruin like that! this street served some historical story too,if the government is good, they should beautyfy it and promote this area to a tourist spot for Johor Bahru...regardless of race and religion, right?

The dividend will involve a payout of RM909.05 million. The figures is 17.72 percent higher than the payment of RM772.19 made in 2010.
As at Aug 15, 2011, ASW 2020 registered a gross income of RM1.158 billion

in my office i have witness with my own pair of eye, 3 ungrateful person right infront of my eye! 2 clerk and 1 manager. Is already 12.41 am now yet i still havent go to bed, maybe soon after this...

Im a very simple person and rather too compassionate some times, forget about the 30 years old manager but lets talk the present incident, i realised that the youngter's now is very diffrent, or maybe what appear ...to me this generation their mentality are very very  selfish/very ungrateful and not truthful but a fantastic drama actress and actor hahaha :D just what i hv seen, i hope i would not forget this...here it is,ok we have a chinese clerk in the office just turn 23 years old last month, the first day she came to work with us a year ago, she was  so innocent and ignorant looking type always complain to me all the colleaque bully her that and this.. a year ago...after a year she review her true color infront of me to my Chairman, she yell in a very rude and shrewed manner not forget cunninggg too!
I cant imagine... she actually came to my house early in the morning instead of going to the office as she is the only person we put her incharge of collection & account ~ important role , i truely give her a lot of opportunity to grow in our place and a very good salary too. At the end of the day she was bought over by corrupt money from the contractor to treaten me to ither take the project offer from this company or she leave now ! ...what a treaten??? hahaha i wish her goodbye, honestly i even to this extend forgive her thinking she might regret what she did but no ! her color fly all over the office when she need to wait for her salary on the 7th this month, after that she just missing...we decide to sue her in the labor office and she also took some of our things, so the Chairman lodge a police report.
Just cant judge a book by it's age and look.... this time i truly learn something, since this is the 3rd person i see in the office trying to cheat money and most of them decent look, soft spoken & young child voice not forget 22 yrs of age only..well well  good night :)P

AS 1 Malaysia dividen distribution for 2011.. not bad , better than bank interest or EPF right?

Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB), announced a dividend of 6.50 sen per unit for Amanah Saham 1Malaysia (AS 1Malaysia) for the financial year ended 30th September 2011.
This second dividend is 0.12 sen per unit higher when compared with 6.38 sen per unit announced for 2010. Kindly refer to “Historical AS1 Malaysia Dividend Rate” for previous year dividend.
The dividend will involve a total payment of RM311.27 million and will benefit 270,598 unit holders which currently hold 5.49 billion units of AS 1Malaysia.
As of 20th September 2011, AS 1Malaysia has recorded a gross income of RM405.67 million. Profit from the sale of shares contributed RM205.99 million or 50.78%; dividend income from investee companies contributed RM152.48 million or 37.59%, and RM47.20 million or 11.63 % is derived from investment in short term instruments and other income.
The dividend calculation of the AS 1Malaysia will be based on the average monthly minimum balance held throughout the financial year of the fund.
The dividend will be automatically credited into the unit holders’ accounts on 1st October 2011. In order to facilitate the dividend payment, all transactions for AS 1Malaysia has been suspended starting 21st September 2011 to 2nd October 2011.
Unit holders will be able to update their accounts at ASNB head office, ASNB branch or ASNB agents starting 3rd October 2011.
Unitholders who invest in AS 1Malaysia through the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Members’ Investment Scheme will have their income distribution credited directly into their EPF accounts.
AS 1Malaysia is a fixed price fund with a size of 10 billion units. Fifty percent of the approved size is open for Bumiputera investors, 30% is allocated to Chinese, 15% for Indians and the rest for other Malaysians.
